State of Health Estimation of Lithium-Ion Battery Based on Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy

Energy storage is an important technical means to increase the consumption of renewable energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Electrochemical storage, represented by lithium-ion batteries, has a promising developmental prospect. The performance batteries continues decline in process application, differences between are increasing. Therefore, accurate estimation state health (SOH) key safe efficient operation systems. In this paper, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) characteristics Li-ion under different states charge were studied. Three groups battery module values frequencies selected as characteristic parameters, SOH model was built using support vector regression (SVR) algorithm. results show that: with second group frequency-point combinations parameters takes into account both accuracy efficiency; cumulative time frequency test evaluation less than 10 s; technology good engineering application value.
